Barnes Roffe LLP is a full-service firm of Chartered Accountants, specialising in serving Owner-Managed Businesses from five offices covering London and the Home Counties.

Established in 1899, Barnes Roffe LLP has a long history. However, the current partners aim to make the firm a client destination for leading advice and known for its investment in training of team members to support those clients.

The firm has offices in East London, Moorgate, Dartford, London Bridge and Uxbridge. With 22 partners and 170 team members in total, the firm is a substantial presence in the region.

Their clients come in all shapes and sizes, covering a wide variety of industries. The common thread is that they are all owner-managed and face recognisable business challenges at all stages of their business growth and development. It is their specialism

Barnes Roffe LLP cover all compliance functions, from bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, accounts, audit etc, and also provide specialist consultancy with tax strategy, forecasting, planning and business succession or sales, amongst other areas of expertise.
