Aiming to provide a broad-based and bespoke accountancy service to a limited number of owner-managed businesses,  Mr Cruickshank began his accountancy career in South Cheshire, as a trainee in 1978. He qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians in 1986, and remained employed within private accountancy practices through until 2006, when he branched out, initially, servicing only two businesses from his immediate family, and set about building his own practice.

Returning to his roots, in Great Ponton, Grantham, Lincolnshire, in 2008, it has taken nearly ten years, to sense a feeling of just being established.

The services that Andrew Cruickshank provides to his clientele encompass: Statutory and management accounts preparation, for both businesses, and not for profit organisations; Advice on a wide range of online accounting products, both in terms of practical experience, and of formal certification; In House Bookkeeping as required; A wide ranging working knowledge of business, corporation and income taxation; An Online Business Funding platform, accessible within the website. A Company Secretarial service, as deadlines, and statutory filing obligations won’t go away; A payroll, and Auto Enrolment function, both in terms of setting up a workplace pension initially, and ongoing statutory notifications to eligible job holders, and contributions into the pension provider’s scheme;

Business Advisory Services, which focus on factors affecting the sustainability, profitability and growth of the business itself, as opposed to just assisting with its compliance requirements, to Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs etc;
